30 yıllık Ömer el Beşir diktatörlüğünün halk isyanından yana tavrını koyan ordu tarafından devrildiği Sudan’da, sivil yönetime geçiş anlaşması imzalandı. Askeri konsey ile muhalefetin imzaladığı anlaşma, iktidarın paylaşımını ve yaklaşık üç yıl içinde sivil yönetime geçişi öngörüyor.
Sudan’da muhalefetin oluşturduğu koalisyon ve iktidarı elinde tutan askeri konsey, geçiş hükümeti kurulması konusunda anlaşmaya imza attı. Taraflar adına anlaşmaya Sudanlı General Muhammed Hamdan Dagalo ve muhalefeti temsilen Ahmed al Rabie imzasını koydu. İmza töreninde Etiyopya’nın Başbakanı Abiy Ahmed ve Güney Sudan Devlet Başkanı Salva Kiir hazır bulundu.
11 KİŞİLİK KONSEY KURULACAK
Anlaşma, altısı sivil ve beşi askerlerden oluşan 11 kişilik ortak bir konseyin kurulmasını öngörüyor. Bu konseyin, seçimler düzenlenene dek üç yıldan fazla bir süre Sudan’ı yönetmesi hedefleniyor.
Anlaşma sayesinde Ömer el Beşir yönetiminin sona erdiği Sudan’da bundan sonra izlenecek yol konusunda fikir ayrılığı aşılmış oldu. Nisan ayından bu yana iktidarda olan Askeri Geçiş Konseyi ve muhalefet arasında pazarlıklar aylardır sürüyordu.
Sudan’da nisan ayında, Devlet Başkanı Ömer el Beşir’in devrilmesinin ardından göstericiler sokakları terk etmemişti. Askeri Geçiş Konseyi’nin iktidarı üstlendiği ülkede eylemciler, sivil yönetime hızlı bir geçiş talebiyle eylemlerini sürdürmüştü.
