Gözaltından serbest bırakılacak Biloela ailesi Perth’te yeniden bir araya gelecek.
Avustralya doğumlu Tharnicaa, bir haftadan fazla bir süredir Perth hastanesinde tedavi görüyor.
Göç Bakanın Salı sabahı aldığı kararla ailenin Perth’de kalmasını onayladı.
Biloela Ailesinin tamamının Perth’e yerleşmesine izin verildi.
Göçmenlik Bakanı Alex Hawke, özel yetki kullandı.
Göçmenlik Bakanı Alex Hawke, dört yaşındaki Tharnicaa Murugappan hastanede tedavi görürken, Murugappan ailesinin Perth’te yaşamasına izin vermek için Göç Yasası kapsamındaki yetkilerini kullandığını söyledi.
Buna göre aile 4 yaşındaki kızlarının tedavi gördüğü Perth Çocuk Hastanesine yakın bir yerde ikamet edecek.
Ailenin mahkeme ve yasal vize işlemleri ise devam edecek. Aile işlemlerini Perth kentinden devam ettirecek.
Aile, gözaltına alınmadan önce Queensland’da Biloela topluluğunda yaşıyordu.
